Just out of interest... We know from the (third?) law of thermodynamics that heat can not spontaneously transfer from cold to hot systems. How did this superheated mass first come into existence?

The third law of themodynamics:

"As a system approaches absolute zero, all processes cease and the entropy of the system approaches a minimum value."

Because Big Collapse Process Theory claims that turbulence causes mixing of the Subatomic Particle Accretion Mass and the Visible Universe, this law doesn't apply.

Since the SPAM/VU are quite well balanced, the system is neither open nor closed. Once we are far enough away from the Anti-Event Horizon, the third law applies to everything inside the VU.
